Can I order a Live Santa Call with my Credit Card if I don’t want to set up a Pay Pal Account?

Yes.  Santa prefers orders through PayPal for security reasons.  If you don’t have a PayPal account,you can still pay by credit card through PayPal without opening an account with them since we have a business PayPal account. Santa Accepts: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express and eChecks.  Your credit card statement will show a payment to Success Ranch Publishers, Inc. You can also pay by credit card by phone 866-882-4204 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST, Monday-Saturday.

When will Santa make his phone calls?

Santa will start to place his specialized phone calls from his workshop starting anytime and will finish them on the night of December 24th. 
Your call will take place within 30 minutes (either 30 minutes before, or after your scheduled time) of the time you choose to make sure you will be home to receive the call.  You will receive an email the day before Santa makes his call.  Please be sure your child is home and ready for Santa’s call in this designated time.

Are all the calls from Santa Live and not a recording? 

Yes, Santa calls you live from his workshop.  The call will last between 3 and 5 minutes.
